Matteo Cairoli joins Dinamic Motorsport for full GT World Challenge Europe Program

Matteo Cairoli is set to embark on a new challenge in the GT World Challenge Europe, targeting the Endurance Cup Pro title. Having joined Dinamic Motorsport, the 23-year-old Italian racer will share a Porsche car with German drivers Christian Engelhart and Sven Müller in the SRO Motorsports’ Championship.

Cairoli, who is part of the official Porsche programme, is already involved in the FIA WEC with Team Project 1 and take part this year in the Intercontinental GT Challenge after making his debut in the Bathurst 12H claiming the P7 overall.

“I’m thrilled to join an Italian squad like Dinamic Motorsport. They were my rivals in 2014, the year I took the Carrera Cup Italia title, and now are a top team in GT. I fully expect to be competing for the top positions”, Cairoli said, “Partnering Engelhart and Müller is fantastic as I already knew them in the ADAC GT Masters and Supercup”.

The GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup consists of five races. The series will start in Monza on 18/19 April before heading to Silverstone (10 May). 1000 Km Paul Ricard (30 May) and 24 Hours of Spa (26 July) will follow. Nürburgring will host the grand finale on 6 September.
