Bodymotion Racing Prepared and Ready to Tackle Sebring International Raceway

bodymotion daytonaBodymotion Racing’s ST program turns its focus to the second round of the IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge at Sebring Raceway. Devin Jones and Jason Rabe will once again pilot the #31 VeriStor/Delaware Investments Porsche Cayman. After showing speed during the opening round of the season at Daytona International Speedway, the Bodymotion team will look to pair speed and consistency together for a strong finish at Sebring.

With new improvements made during testing after Daytona, the team feels confident they have a car capable of racing for a podium finish at the tough and abrasive track.

“Daytona was just plain bad luck with mechanical issues right before the green flag. We were really confident going into that race, so now we’re all more eager than ever to perform well and produce a solid result at Sebring! Last year was my first time racing at Sebring, I’ve been back a few times since, the track is easily becoming one of my favorites on the IMSA Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge schedule! Based on our success in last year’s race, I’m really looking forward to getting back to Sebring in the #31 Delaware investments, VeriStor, Monticello Motor Club Porsche Cayman”, said Rabe.

The month of March is a special time for Sebring International Raceway and it’s fans who flock to the track from all over the country for the exciting week of racing. For team driver Devin Jones, the month of March is extra special. Jones will be racing his the second season for the Avista MS Education Foundation, a nonprofit group formed to help to deliver programs that educate, support and inspire people living with MS and those that care for them.

“Sebring is a race I’ve been looking forward to for a number of reasons, said Jones. I love the event and all the fans the come together for the racing throughout the week, it’s a festival. With that being said, I hope to educate some of those fans this week on Multiple Sclerosis, with this month being MS awareness month, it’s a perfect fit. My mother lives with MS and it’s become a goal of mine to raise awareness. I’ll be sporting some
MS awareness orange gloves this weekend that will be auctioned off after the week of racing. Hopefully we see them in victory circle on Friday.”
